PORTLAND, OR�Federal District Judge Robert E. Jones said he would likely issue his decision in Oregon v. Ashcroft between April 17th and 19th.� The Oregon Death with Dignity Center, one of the litigants representing a physician and a pharmacist in this case will be hosting a national teleconference on the day of release.

Attorney Eli Stutsman, Oregon Death with Dignity Executive Director Scott Blaine Swenson and Estelle Rogers, Executive Director of the Death with Dignity National Center will be available on this call to answer questions and offer insight into the ruling and the future of the Death with Dignity law.
